Class Scheduling Policies

All clients must reserve a spot before attending — no walk-ins for group sessions. Space is limited and each workout format is designed for a set number of participants.

Reservations can be made up to 1 week in advance.

Scheduling closes 90 minutes prior to class start time.

The scheduling and cancellation system is offline from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. If you book after 10 PM for an early morning class, you will be charged for the session. This ensures trainers know how many participants to expect.

Each person must log in individually to reserve a spot. If a class is full, you’ll be added to the waitlist and automatically moved into the class if someone cancels. You will receive an email confirmation.

Late cancellations (less than 1 hour before class) will result in a $5 fee or loss of an à la carte session. No-shows will be charged a $10 fee.

Classes with zero participants will be cancelled 2 hours prior to start time.
