Aaron Bridgers, Owner
Personal Trainer
Exercise and wellness weren’t always part of my life — they’re something I learned to understand and appreciate over time. My journey began during my years in the U.S. Navy, where I first discovered that with consistent exercise and mindful nutrition, the body and mind can truly transform. What started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion, shaping both my personal and professional path since 1997.

Dennis Nalls
Personal Trainer
Born in Killeen, Texas, and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and Los Angeles, California, I combine 22 years of U.S. Army experience with a deep passion for fitness and personal growth. As an independent certified personal trainer based at Fitness For You in Springfield, Missouri, I help clients achieve lasting results through structured training, balanced nutrition, and mental resilience.
I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, along with a CrossFit Level 1 certification. My professional background includes an internship at Whetstone Fitness in Olympia, Washington, and previous work at Planet Fitness.
My mission is simple — to promote a holistic approach to wellness by empowering individuals to build strength, confidence, and a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

Randall McBain
Personal Trainer
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Missouri State University and am a certified Exercise Physiologist. My passion for fitness began early in life, as I was involved in athletics from a young age. That passion grew stronger while pursuing my degree at MSU. During my senior year, I completed an internship at a physical therapy clinic, which shaped my approach to working with clients. With a keen interest in injury prevention, functional movement, and holistic exercise, I have been helping clients achieve their fitness goals as a personal trainer for the past two years.
With a strong foundation in human movement and performance science, I design evidence-based programs tailored to each client’s goals—whether that’s improving strength, enhancing athletic performance, or promoting long-term health. My mission is to help you move better, feel stronger, and create lasting changes that support your lifestyle. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to break through a plateau, I’ll help you reach your goals safely and effectively. Passionate about empowering others through education and movement, I strive to help clients build sustainable fitness habits and lasting confidence both in and out of the gym.

At age 73 I have just joined the 500 club.(attended 500 classes) I have come to love my 13/month group fitness classes at FITNESS 4 U. Everyday is different. The trainers are top-notch, know our names, and give individual attention where needed. And best of all, we have fun! The music and health benefits keep us going. You become a part of the FITNESS 4 U family when you join us. IT IS NEVER TOO LATE!!!
