SCHEDULE/ CALENDAR

CALENDAR BELOW

*All customers using a promotion, Groupon, gift certificate or free sessions sign up using the UNPAID button when prompted or until you give the Groupon redemption code to F4U. The MAKE A RESERVATION button is only for clients with a current package or redemption code is given. Both options will reserve a spot in any class.

*Scheduling will lockout 90min prior to start of class.  The scheduling and cancellation system shut down from 10pm-6am. Anyone scheduled after 10pm for the early morning class will be charged a session. This will ensure a trainer knows if and how many clients are in that class and avoid waking up at 4am with no particpants.

*Each individual needs to sign in to reserve a spot in group. WAITLIST: The next person on the waitlist will be emailed immediately when cancellations occurs & automatically put in that class.

*Reservations can be made 1 week in advance

Classees with 0 particpants will be cancelled 2hr prior to the start of class

*ALL CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 3 HOURS WILL RESULT IN A $5 CHARGE OR LOSS OF AN ALA CARTE SESSION $10 FEE FOR NO SHOWS

ALL CLASSES WITH 0 PARTICPANTS SIGNED UP WILL BE CANCELLED 2hrs PRIOR TO THAT CLASS TO SAVE TRAINERS FROM DRIVING IN

 F4U classes are more functional higher intensity weight loss and toning classes and GCT classes are weight lifting strength and conditioning based circuits using equipment SEEN ON THE CALENDAR BELOW.        

F4U: Functional and or high Intensity workouts using Bands, straps, bodyweight, Dbells etc.. GCT: Weightlifting circuits (Bench, Squat ect…) using traditioanl equipment and olympic lifting moves.
